Elevated render latency and intermittent errors

Render latency is fully recovered. A per-slot circuit-breaker and quarantine now guard against recurrence.

The wedged slot has been quarantined and the pool circuit-breaker engaged. Latency has returned to normal; we are monitoring.

A single V8 render-pool isolate became wedged under load, stalling requests routed to that slot.

We are investigating reports of slow responses and intermittent errors on bext.dev and its subdomains.
